The Fiscal Officer is responsible to keep an accurate record of the Board of Trustees proceedings at all meetings and to maintain an accurate record of the Trustees' accounts and transactions. The Fiscal Officer prepares and publishes the annual financial report of the Township. She must maiantain her accounting records in accordance with requirements prescribed by the Auditor of the State as directed by the Ohio Revised Code.

Susan Plavcan

Susan Plavcan was appointed Fiscal Officer by the Auburn Township Board of Trustees on March 28, 2005 and elected to office in November 2005. Mrs. Plavcan and her husband, Jim, are residents of Auburn Township since 1977. She was hired in February, 2002 to serve as Office Administrator to the Board of Trustees. Mrs. Plavcan has over 25 years experience in the business world in various fields including medical and advertising.
